Overview
The Forgot User ID process may help you find your User ID so that you can logon, if you already signed up for a Texas Workforce Internet application User ID and provided an Email Address.
Tips
- To find your previously established User ID, you must enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address exactly as that information is currently contained in your profile. You can change your name or Email Address any time after you logon, using My Profile.
- When your User ID is found, based on a match with the information you submit on this page, you will be taken back to the Logon page with your User ID filled in.
- If you did not previously provide an Email Address, you will not be able to use the Forgot User ID feature. Follow the instructions on the page to contact someone for help with identifying your User ID before you can logon.
- If no User ID is found to match your name and Email Address combination after three tries, you will need to follow the instructions provided to contact someone for help with identifying your User ID before you can logon.
- If more than one User ID for this application is found to match your name and Email Address, you will need to follow the instructions provided to contact someone for help before you can logon.
