Review and Submit My Payment Request

To change information you entered, edit it from the Review and Submit page. Use the Edit link shown at the top of the section. For example, click the Edit Work and Other Income link if you want to change your answers displayed under the Work and Other Income heading.

When editing a section, you will need to review and edit all web pages related to that section. When you finish the last page in that section, you will be returned to the Review and Submit page.

Changes to some answers could change what additional details are required. Information that is no longer necessary will be automatically deleted. New information may be required. For example, if you gave a detailed statement about attending school, this statement will be deleted if you go back and answer that you did not attend school or training.

The money for Unemployment Benefits comes from taxes the employers pay to the state and federal governments. The law does not allow employers to deduct money from your paycheck to pay for Unemployment Benefits.

Stop filing your Payment Requests; no other notification is needed. If you begin working during a Payment Request period, you may be eligible for a partial payment. Report your earnings for that period and then stop filing. You may contact your local Workforce Center if you no longer need job referrals.
