External Contact Request System Information
The information below is to assist you with identifying your affiliation with TWC when completing the External Contact Request form to assure TWC staff responds with the appropriate information.
Individual
Individual is someone with no affiliation with TWC, has no unemployment benefit claim, and does not need to file an unemployment claim, but wants to report a general TWC problem or has a question about an issue.
Claimant
Claimant is someone with a unemployment benefits claim on file or would like to file an unemployment benefits claim with TWC.
Employer
Employer is a business or self-employed individual.
